As a General Construction Helper, you will be working closely with the owners in residential and commercial remodeling. You must possess a desire to continuously learn new skills, have great attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision. This is a physically demanding position with extensive standing, sitting, kneeling and heavy lifting. We work indoors as well as outdoors throughout the year.
You are guaranteed anywhere from 8 hours to 35 hours a week and pay is weekly. There are overtime hours and the starting wage is $12/hour. After three months, you will receive your first review, a second review after six months and then yearly reviews following that. Based on demonstrated ability and experience, your wage may increase after each review period.
Having your own reliable vehicle is a must as we work at job sites all around Round Rock, Leander, Pflugerville, Austin, Cedar Park and the surrounding area. In addition, the successful applicant will have their own tools for use on the job sites.
